One of the main reasons for Spin2Win's
success this year is the strength of the team. We have been
fortunate to get a first class group of people helping out at all our
events. The team consists of:

Rob began tracking his BMW 328is at BMW
Club schools in 2000, then ran SoloSprint time trials in 2001. He
was class champion in 2001 and 2002, and runner up in 2003 and 2005.
He started door-to-door racing in 2006, including a win at the BMW Club
Race at Mosport. When he's not racing, he can be found instructing
for the BMW Club and SoloSprint. Rob is the Organizer of the ASN
Canada FIA Canadian SoloSprint Championship this year. Dave Ciekiewicz
has been racing in the Grand Am and Koni Challenge race series since
2005. Prior to that, he was an instructor at BMW Club events at
Mosport, Le Circuit Mont Tremblant, and Watkins Glen.
Polina is currently working at the Bridgestone Race Academy, where
she turns wrenches and races.
Mike has worked as crew on formula car teams, and is a marshal at
Mosport.
Dave Murray has worked with a number of data acquisition systems,
including the G2X system used at Spin2Win.
The Techmax crew have their hands full, working on a number of BMW
race cars as well as European street cars at their shop in Mississauga. |
